ANGT will progress through four focused phases, each designed to deliver visible public benefit while laying foundations for the next stage. Every phase includes defined budgets, regulatory clearances, staffing plans, and quarterly reviews.
Phase 1 — Foundational Care & Service
Year 1Establish essential care and campus services to serve the community from day one.
- Commission a 50-bed hospital with core specialties and 24/7 emergency.
- Launch a Paramedical College (labs, faculty onboarding, clinical postings).
- Open a Spiritual Senior-Care facility for 50–100 residents (individual rooms, yoga & meditation routines).
Phase 2 — Capacity Expansion & Nursing Education
Year 2Scale clinical capacity and train a pipeline of compassionate, skilled nurses.
- Expand hospital to 100 beds with added departments and diagnostics.
- Start Nursing College (GNM & B.Sc. Nursing) with simulation labs.
- Enhance Senior-Care services (rehab, wellness programming, day-care).
Phase 3 — University Seed & Composite Medicine (AYUSH)
Year 3Lay academic foundations for an integrated health sciences university rooted in composite medicine.
- Initiate Gurukul University (seed) governance and academic statutes.
- Open College of Composite Medicine affiliated with AYUSH.
- Set up initial research facilities (microvita, yoga & wellness, hormones).
Phase 4 — Full Gurukul University & Research Expansion
Year 4Achieve full university operations and scale interdisciplinary research for greater social impact.
- Formal establishment of Gurukul University with multi-faculty structure.
- Expand research centers (electro-nuclear, genetics, advanced wellness).
- Strengthen community service, internships, and rural health outreach.
