Lovingly called Ba’ba’ by his devotees—he is the spiritual guide and visionary founder of Ananda Marga Gurukula, providing the moral compass and compassionate leadership for the Anandanagar Gurukula projects.

Kulapati (Chancellor) Director-General

Appointed by Ba’ba’ as Kulapati (Chancellor), he offers overarching guidance and direction to the institution with wisdom, clarity, and resolve.

Ac. Dharmapremananda Avadhuta

Chief Executive Director Founding & Managing Trustee

Anointed by Ba’ba’ as the youngest sanyasi of the Mission, he is the project’s chief architect and principal executor.

Ac. Hitendrananda Avadhuta

Dedicated from an early age to Ba’ba’s mission, he is a clear visionary and disciplined strategist who mitigates project risks.

Mrs. Radha Gusain

Director of Administration Founding Trustee

She is an ardent devotee of Ba’ba’, currently serving as a Yoga Teacher at a prestigious school in Delhi. She has held various roles entrusted by the Government of India and now oversees the overall administration of ANGT projects.

Ac. Citkrsnananda Avadhuta

Advisory Committee Member

Named by Ba’ba’ to head the Microvita Sub-Committee and serve as Gurukul faculty; draws on long-standing ANDS leadership that reached thousands. He will be one of ANGT’s lead advisors.
